Each staff member I came in contact with was a genuine delight. On one occasion a staff member offered me a warm, freshly baked cookie and a terrific smile. Larkspur Landing Campbell

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The availability of a free laundry service was a pleasant surprise and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was the first time I actually had a good night's sleep in a hotel.

I do a lot of traveling as a sales representative for women's wholesale apparel. I practically live in hotels for two to three weeks at a time. Larkspur Landing Folsom

The hotel was beautiful; the room was so clean and comfortable. We had such a great night's sleep. Even the pullout sofa was comfortable! The kids were so excited and didn't want to leave: they already want to come back. We are hoping your company will put one in San Diego since we go there frequently. We felt at home, I even felt comfortable without shoes on, so nice and clean and quiet. Thank you for such a great stay. I wanted management to know of an EXTRAORDINARY experience I had while staying at your hotel. I was on an exhausting business trip, arrived late to the hotel and must have dropped my car keys. In the middle of the night, my phone rang and although sound asleep I heard someone say, "I'm sorry if I woke you, but wanted you to know your car keys are at the front desk. Have a good night." The next morning, while looking for my keys, I remembered the call and, sure enough, the keys were at the front desk. I asked the clerk how they knew the keys were mine. The only thing that made sense was that the night clerk had called my care rental agency to find out who rented the car that belonged with the keys...then checked the registry...found me...and called to let me know they were not lost. What an incredible thing to do! I train Sales and Service and will use this as an example of how we want our customers treated. THANK YOU!

When I thought I lost a ring with tremendous sentimental value the staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful. After I checked out, he actually got a bunch of people together and armed them with flashlights for a thorough search for my ring. That was IMPRESSIVE! As a result, I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in Folsom. Also, I think the computer setup for printing boarding passes is great. The bagels in the morning are a fabulous touch! Larkspur is a business traveler's dream!

I was a flight attendant for four years. So as you can imagine, I have stayed at several hotels. I have never had such exceptional service before - EVER - like I did at your hotel. I will HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone I come in contact with. When I got lost while driving to the hotel, a staff member gave me directions. He STAYED on the phone with me until I got to the parking lot. He was very patient and kind. I LOOOOOOVED everything about the hotel but especially loved the room. I wish I would have taken full advantage of the kitchen and all the stuff in it, but I guess I can next time. Larkspur Landing Pleasanton

I've been a guest at your hotel for I can't count for how many hundreds of nights over the past six years. Most nights I would check in late and stay long enough to sleep and head back out for work.

I've now transfered into the area and am no longer in need of your services, but wanted to pass on how much your staff made me feel so welcome and part of your family. They always, and I mean always, took care of my needs, would be expecting my arrival and made sure I had all I needed. I wish I could, but can't name all the names that were so friendly and helpful. And those beds, oh my how comfortable they are.

Now that I live in the area, when family and friends are in town and I don't have room, I will definitely recommend they stay at your hotel. Just wanted to pass this on and say a big THANKS for the great treatment from your staff, the awesome accommodations, the great breakfasts, the thick walls and the hospitality. I loved my stay at the Larkspur. I had never been there before and found the front desk clerk to be very friendly and helpful. She suggested where to eat and opened the fridge to give us free juices. When the hotel makes their guests feel at home, it makes the guests feel welcomed and shows them their business is appreciated. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was most pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I travel rather frequently for business and pleasure and this is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. The beds and bedding are HEAVENLY!!! I was in Pleasanton for a seminar and picked your hotel from a list sent to me by the seminar company. I bragged so much about your hotel and the beds that the trainer at my seminar checked out of her hotel and moved to the Larkspur. There were seven people in my class; three of us stayed at the Larkspur, the trainer switched to your hotel and the other four didn't have anything great to stay about their hotel choices. As unpleasant as it was for us to move out of our house, the staff at your facility made the two and a half weeks as pleasant as can be expected. I love the Starbucks coffee, the basket of granola bars, complimentary popcorn and water, complimentary laundry service if needed, the quality shampoo, down comforter, a nice chair for the desk etc. While I did not drink the water, eat the popcorn or use the laundry service, it showed me that you care for your guests and want to go above and beyond. Two years ago I found your hotel in one of the travel coupon books while traveling in the San Francisco area on vacation. I used your coupon and was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I travel a lot and stay in hotels almost every week. Without having a reservation, I walked into your hotel in SF. I am very pleased with Larkspur Landing. Room price is not my main criteria for choosing a hotel, but rather comfort. Many of the large hotel chains offer little for a lot of money.
